Providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their workplace and/or within their community to create stability and independence;
Communicate effectively with employers, local businesses, supervisors, co-workers, community members, families, and State partners;
Document interactions and encounters, write progress reports, maintain client files, and
Develop and update service plans based on the individual’s interests, strengths, abilities, and gift
