Due to Lincoln County Commissioners’ Resolution No 20-16
the District Court is No longer open to the Public.

Also the Washington State Supreme Court has issued an Emergency Order prohibiting all courts from holding non-emergency hearings until after April 24, 2020.

If you need to pay your ticket this court gives you 30 days from the date of the ticket to Pay in full. There are several methods to do this.

1. If it has been 30 days or less from the date you received the ticket you may mail A personal check, money order, or cashier’s check to PO Box 329 Davenport, WA 99122

2. Go on line to: and under District Court go to Card Payments where you Can enter your infraction number, the amount due and your card number. Please call the court at 509-725-2281 if you need any of this information.

3. You may call 1-877-7930-8935 and speak to a representative to pay.

If you need to make payment arrangements the court utilizes a third party to manage payment plans, please call CPMS at 1-877-748-4936.

The method for requesting a hearing has remained the same you may follow the instructions on the ticket and mail your request within 15 days of the date received or you may fax it to 1-509-725-6481.

At this time the clerks will be staffing the telephones between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Mondays through Thursdays and Fridays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at 509-725-2281. Appointments can be made to come in to file protection orders or small claim cases.
