The National Texting Portal is for adults who are looking for support for their quit journey. The programs sends you messages of support, advice, and tips for successfully quitting. It will ask for your zip code and language to make sure it provides you the best information, but it is anonymous in every other way.
Text QUITNOW to 333888. It will then send you messages for six to eight weeks.
The text program is free to sign up for and receive messages. However, your phone’s texting rate will apply. Most people have unlimited texting included, but if your plan pays per text, those charges would still apply.
