The Lincoln County Clerk is one of the elected officials provided by the Washington State Constitution with specific duties assigned by statue and court rules. The Clerk is, by virtue of the Constitution, ex-officio of Superior Court and serves as the official record keeper and financial officer of Superior Court.
Mission Statement: As the “gatekeeper” of the court, it is our mission to protect the integrity and accuracy of the court records of Lincoln County Superior Court while serving the public and legal community in a courteous and professional manner. The office is committed to providing timely assistance, ensuring equal access to court services, treating users of the court system with respect and dignity and enhancing public trust and confidence in the court system.

Jury Pool 1 (2025): Please do NOT report for jury duty on January 8, 2025 due to cancellation of trials. Your jury duty service has been postponed to an undetermined date. We will mail a letter when/if there are new report dates for you. We will also update this website. Please return your juror questionnaire as soon as possible if you haven’t already done so.
