The Lincoln County Clerk is one of the elected officials provided by the Washington State Constitution with specific duties assigned by statue and court rules. The Clerk is, by virtue of the Constitution, ex-officio of Superior Court and serves as the official record keeper and financial officer of Superior Court.

Mission Statement: As the “gatekeeper” of the court, it is our mission to protect the integrity and accuracy of the court records of Lincoln County Superior Court while serving the public and legal community in a courteous and professional manner. The office is committed to providing timely assistance, ensuring equal access to court services, treating users of the court system with respect and dignity and enhancing public trust and confidence in the court system.

JURY DUTY:
Jury Pool 3 (2024): If you were summonsed to report for jury duty in Lincoln County Superior Court on July 17, 2024, that trial has been canceled so please do NOT report on that day for jury duty. Your jury duty service has been postponed. We will soon send you a letter with new report dates when new trials are scheduled. Thank you for your patience and your part in the justice system.
