If you are requesting a CD copy of a hearing, please email your request to Rena Hills at rlhills@co.lincoln.wa.us
You will need to include the case number, date of recording and address of where you would like the CD mailed in order to be transcribed.
The cost of the CD is $25.00 payable to the Lincoln County Clerk. When the CD has been produced, the Clerk’s office will contact you for payment.

Lincoln County Superior Court will be amending the Local Court Rules this year. Please see the attached proposed rules. Any changes are highlighted in yellow. The public is allowed to comment on the proposed changes until June 1, 2021. Please email at the address provided to submit your suggestions or comments: rlhills@co.lincoln.wa.us
Once the review period expires, the court will consider the suggestions and/or comments. The new rules will take effect on September 1, 2021.
