COVID 19 Vaccinations 

As of April 19, 2023, the CDC and FDA no longer recommends the use of monovalent (original) mRNA for in United States and has simplified vaccine recommendations.   

Who should get COVID (bivalent) vaccinations:

  • Anyone 6 months to 5 years will receive multiple doses depending on age, vaccine and vaccines previously received.
  • Individuals, that are unvaccinated, 6 years and older will receive 1 dose of bivalent vaccine
  • Individuals, that received bivalent booster, 6 years and older do not need to receive any further vaccinations at this time
  • Individuals, 65 years or older or immunocompromised, are recommended to receive an additional bivalent booster at least 4 months after their first bivalent.
    • Moderately or severely immunocompromised individuals include:
      • Been receiving active cancer treatment for tumors or cancers of the blood
      • Received an organ transplant and are taking medicine to suppress the immune system
      • Received a stem cell transplant within the last 2 years or are taking medicine to suppress the immune system
      • Moderate or severe primary immunodeficiency (such as DiGeorge syndrome, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome)
      • Advanced or untreated HIV infection
      • Active treatment with high-dose corticosteroids or other drugs that may suppress their immune system.

What do I do if I lost my COVID vaccination card?


If you lose your COVID 19 vaccination card Lincoln County Health Department can provide you with another copy of your COVID 19 vaccination card. Please call us at 509-725-1001.  If you would like a digital version or print it off at home you can use the below options to get your COVID 19 vaccination record.
