COVID 19 has had a great impact on local businesses big and small as well as it’s employees and employers. Please do your best to support local businesses as best as you can. You can do this by wearing a mask, staying 6 feet apart, staying home if you’re sick, utilizing grocery pick up and making take out orders at restaurants. We understand these are unprecedented times and many changes have been made throughout the past year.
Lincoln County Health Department has no enforcement abilities to fine businesses that are not following the phased guidelines of masking or specific industry COVID guidance. Washington State Department of Labor and Industries is the only enforcement agency of businesses. If you find that a business isn’t following guidelines of masking of customers or employees or other business guidelines. Please use the links below to file an anonymous report:
Safe Start Violations – Businesses and restaurants not following phased openings, not requiring face masks of customers and employees and large groups.
Workplace violations – Employees can report employers not providing masks, not requiring employees or customers to wear mask.
