A-010 GENERAL.
- Issuance. Any permits issued under authority of this code shall be non-transferable and non-assignable. Permits may be issued for building or for such other purposes as are covered by Title 15, either individually or as a single permit. Where issued as a single permit the fees shall be a combination of those provided for herein and such other provisions of this code as shall be applicable. Appendix “A” shall be subject to change by Commissioner’s Resolution.
- Refunds. The fees for permits issued pursuant to this code may be refundable pursuant to Lincoln County policy.
A-020 BUILDING PERMIT FEES.
Fees for building permits shall be based on the following valuations and charged as set forth in the following table:

| $501 to $2,000 | $23.50 for the first $500 plus $3.00 for each additional $100, or fraction thereof, to and including $2000.00 |
| $2000 to $25,000 | $69.25 for first $2000.00 plus $14.00 for each additional $1000, or fraction thereof, to and including $25,000.00 |
| $25,001 to $50,000 | $391.75 for the first $25,000 plus $10 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, to and including $50,000 |
| $50,001 to $100,000 | $643.75 for the first $50,000 plus $7.00 for each $1000 or fraction thereof, to and including $100,000 |
| $100,001 to $500,000 | $993.75 for the first $100,000 plus $5.60 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, to and including $500,000 |
| $500,000 to $1,000,000 | $3,233.75 for the first $500,000 plus $4.75 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, to and including $1,000,000 |

A $6.50 code fee is collected on behalf of the state for all permits except those for manufactured homes and flat rate permits such as plumbing and fire prevention.

Fees for repair, alteration, remodel, or foundation work are based on the total value of work to be performed as submitted by the applicant.
Decks and patios may be disregarded in computing the valuation of a new house unless they are covered structures or more than thirty (30) inches above ground level.
The total valuation for other than residential groups shall be the accepted bid price given to the owner.
A-030 MECHANICAL PERMITS.
The fees for mechanical permits shall be $125.00 for inspecting any heating, ventilating, or ductwork that is not included in new construction.
A-040 PLUMBING PERMITS.
The fees for plumbing permits issued pursuant to this code shall be as follows if they are not part of a complete new building.

A-050 FIRE PREVENTION FEES.
The fees for permits issued pursuant to this code shall be charged as specified below:

A-060 MISCELLANEOUS PERMITS.
- Relocated structures. The fee for permits for relocated structures issued pursuant to this code shall be charged as follows:
- For the inspection of the building or structure to be moved, a non-refundable inspection fee of fifty ($50.00) dollars shall be submitted at the time of application.
- For any repair, alteration, remodel, or foundation work, fees shall be calculated as any other building permit.
- Temporary structures. Fees for permits for temporary buildings and structures issued pursuant to this code shall be fifty ($50.00) dollars.
- Upon the expiration of the permit, should the building or structure remain temporarily located on the property, additional fees shall be charged at the rate of one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each additional month or portion thereof that the building or structure remains on the property.
- Swimming Pools. Fees for swimming pool shall be fifty ($50.00) dollars.
- Manufactured Homes / Factory-Built Structures. Fees for manufactured homes / commercial coaches and factory-built shall be one-hundred ($100.00) dollars per section. This fee includes footings and foundations for the respective structure. Fees for basements under a factory built structure or manufactured home shall be calculated as any other building permit.
- Environmental Checklist. Fees for processing a SEPA environmental checklist associated with this code shall be one-hundred seventy-five ($175.00) dollars.
- Fireworks Licenses and Permits. The fees for permits and licenses issued pursuant to Chapter 6 of this code shall be as follows:
