The Board of Adjustment, through the public hearing process, reviews and makes a decision on all applications for conditional use permits and variances. The Board may impose any conditions or safeguards upon granting a conditional use permit and/or variance which are necessary to insure conformity with the provisions of the “Title 17 - Zoning Code” and protection of the public health, safety and welfare.
