Lincoln County Health Department |

the what & why
In partnership the Lincoln County Health Department, Davenport School District and Lincoln Hospital District have formed Let's Go LinCo! and are working to create an environment that fosters healthy choices and behaviors. The partnership was started with a grant from the National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality and blossomed into a movement. The schools are incorporating healthy alternatives during school lunches such as low sugar days. The city has appointed a wellness coordinator. The clinic has enhanced their electronic medical records. There are too many to list but it's exciting to see all that's happening in the community to make us all healthier.
