First Steps

First Steps is designed to help pregnant women get the health and social services they need to be a healthy mom and to have a healthy baby.  First Steps offers you the Maternity Support Services team of a Community Health Nurse, a Nutritionist, and a Community Health Worker.  Infant Case Management (ICM) can link you with more resources in your community.  These health care professionals will advise and support you during your pregnancy.

ICC

The Lincoln County Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) is a part of the birth to three early intervention system in Lincoln County.  The purpose of the council is to make sure that early intervention services in our county are delivered in a way that is family friendly.  The goal is for the family to get the best services possible when they have a concern about their child's development.  Another function of the council is to work on ways to increase access to services for children and families.  The council meets four times a year and welcomes any new, interested members.  The meetings are open to the public and are held at Lincoln County Health Department.

Call or email Jolene Erickson  for more information, email or 509-725-9213 ext. 27.
