  • NEW! Adult flu vaccine is currently available for a cost of $25. We are only able to bill Medicare. If you have questions please give us a call. Note: Childrens flu vaccine will be available in late September or early October; call us and check for availability.

  • Immunization clinic hours - Wednesdays 9:00AM - 4:00 PM or by appointment.

  • Breast Cancer Walk October 18, 2014 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Davenport High School Track. Click here for registration form and instructions. Join Abigail Hansen for her senior project.

  • Uninsured and underinsured adults (19 years and up) we have vaccine available at reduced cost. Please call 509-725-1001 for details on vaccines available and pricing. North Basin Medical Clinics (509-725-7501) and Odessa Clinic (509-982-2614) also have some available, please contact their office for more information.

  • Do you need a certified WA birth certificateClick here for an application.  Call 509-725-1001 for further questions.

  • Food Handlers Class ONLINE at  www.foodworkercard.wa.gov! This is a WA state recognized site for obtaining and renewing your food card. **ALERT there is another  website online called EFoodHandlers.com and it is NOT a site recognized by WA State for food handlers cards.** OR You can take the class at Lincoln County Health Department's computer kiosk. Open Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm.

  • Apple Health for Kids is a new Washington State initiative aimed at streamlining applications for childrenís medical. Up to 75,000 Washington children are still uninsured. Many of these families are eligible Ė but they just donít know it. Donít make that mistake. Health coverage doesnít just work when your children are sick. It also includes preventive care like immunizations or physical exams. If your children need coverage, check it out today or fill out the application.
