The Board of County Commissioners met this day in Regular Session with all Commissioners present.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: Were presented.
CLAIMS: Claims were examined and ordered paid in the amount of $257,703.10.
PAYROLL CHANGE NOTICES: Were approved as presented.
COMMISSIONERS ORDER 09-25: Approved a refund of payment of fee for Public Works Department.
RESOLUTION 09-57: Approved budget extension to Public Health budget.
CHANGE ORDER AUTHORIZATION: For WRIA 53 with The Water & Natural Resource Group was presented for Chairman’s signature.
MOTION: By unanimous vote, authorized Chairman to sign the change order.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: Divco submitted for 2009-2010.
SUPPORT CONTRACT: With CompuTech for services in Auditor’s Office, Treasurer’s Office and Assessor’s Office was presented.
MOTION: By unanimous vote, authorized each department head to sign support contract.
LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL: Was received for Fort Spokane Store and Restaurant.
MOTION: By unanimous vote, approved license renewal.
ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY: Ordinance 495 was received from Town of Wilbur annexing property adjacent to Yount’s Addition.
GRANT AGREEMENT: With Washington State Office of Public Defense was received for 2010.
MEMORANDUM: From Juvenile Court Services Director was received regarding 2010 budget.
MEETING: Public Works Director presented departmental report.
AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION: Verification of publication was received from The Wilbur
Register.
PUBLIC HEARING: Was held to consider proposed Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program. No public testimony was received. Hearing closed.
MOTION: By unanimous vote, approved Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program.
RESOLUTION 2506R: Adopted the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for 2010- 2015.
AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION: Verification of publication was received from The Wilbur
Register.
BID OPENING: Three bids were received and opened for Global Navigation Satellite System. Bid opening closed.
MOTION: By unanimous vote, referred bids to Public Works Director for review and recommendation.
REIMBURSABLE WORK REQUEST: Between City of Davenport and Public Works Department regarding data collection for work on sports complex was signed.
