COMMITTEE REPORTS: Were presented.
MINUTES: Were approved as presented.
CLAIMS: Claims were examined and ordered paid in the amount of $489,696.33.
PAYROLL CHANGE NOTICES: Were approved as presented.
RESOLUTION 09-33: Authorized budget extension to Planning budget.
RESOLUTION 09-34: Authorized budget extension to Community Litter Cleanup budget.
CONTRACT AMENDMENT: To Regional AidsNet contract with Spokane Regional Health District was received.
MOTION: By unanimous vote, authorized Chairman to sign Amendment.
APPOINTMENT: Of Kory J. Bjornstad as Special Deputy Sheriff was received.
FRANCHISE 07-02: Was signed and recorded granting authority to William F.K. Zagelow Trust for crop irrigation lines and distribution system under Zagelow Road and Schmierer Road.
MEMORANDUM: Was received from Developmental Disabilities Coordinator authorizing Mona McCalmant to sign documents in her absence.
PUBLIC OFFICIAL BOND: Increase to Bond for Auditor was received per Department of Licensing contract.
NOTIFICATION: Was received from Liquor Control Board regarding renewal of license for Two River Texaco.
MEMORANDUM: Was received from Auditor requesting authority to sign Department of Licensing contract amendment.
MOTION: By unanimous vote, authorized Auditor to sign contract amendment.
LETTER: Copy of letter from Town of Wilbur to Sheriff regarding medical billing was received.
LETTER: Copy of letter from Sheriff to Civil Service Board regarding resignation of Communications/Corrections Deputy was received.
MEETING: Auditor met to discuss State Audit and status of reimbursement of expenses due to winter weather.
MEETING: Public Works Director met to present departmental report.
WORK REQUEST J09009: Was signed authorizing sweeping and crack sealing of certain streets in Town of Almira.
MEETING: Treasurer met to discuss status of assessments for RIDs.
