COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS

LINCOLN COUNTY

The Board of County Commissioners met this day in Regular Session with all Commissioners present.            

 

COMMITTEE REPORTS:  Were presented.

CLAIMS:  Claims were examined and ordered paid in the amount of $318,071.44.

PAYROLL CHANGE NOTICES:  Were approved as presented.

COMMISSIONERS’ ORDER 07-16:  Directed the Treasurer to sell certain tax title property at

            auction.

AGREEMENT:  Long-Term Payable Agreement was signed between DSHS and Alcohol/Drug

            Center.

AGREEMENT AMENDMENT:  No. 4 to County Program Agreement between DSHS and

            Alcohol/Drug Center was signed.

AGREEMENT:  Long-Term Payable Agreement was signed between DSHS and Developmental

            Disabilities.

INVOICES:  Request to pay invoices from Emergency Communications Tax funds was received

            from Lincoln Communications.

MOTION:  By unanimous vote, approved request.

SURPLUS REQUEST:  Was received from Alcohol/Drug Center to surplus 1990 Dodge Spirit and

            allow Center employees to use pool vehicles.

MOTION:  By unanimous vote, surplused requested item.

MOTION:  By unanimous vote, approved use of pool vehicles, only cost to be fuel.

REQUEST TO HIRE:  Was received from Sheriff to replace Cook/Janitor.

MOTION:  By unanimous vote, approved request to hire.

VERIFICATION OF SUPPORT:  Was signed for WSU Food Sense program.

ADO DESIGNATION FORM:  Was signed designating Lincoln County Economic Development    Council as Associate Development Organization for submittal to CTED.

NOTIFICATION:  Of liquor license renewal for Two Rivers Texaco was received.

MEETING:  Planning Services Director met to present department update including information

            regarding grant application for WRIA 53.

MOTION:  By unanimous vote, authorized Chair to sign grant application out of session.

MEETING:  Public Works Director presented departmental report.

WORK REQUEST J07023:  Authorized hauling of water truck to Spokane for City of Davenport.

WORK REQUEST J07018:  Authorized crushing services at Brandt Pit for Douglas County.

WORK REQUEST J07021:  Authorized crushing services at Brandt Pit for Douglas County.

 

Adjournment:  With no further business, the meeting was adjourned to meet again on Monday, June 4, 2007.
