LINCOLN COUNTY

AUGUST 13, 2007

The Board of County Commissioners met this day in Special Session with Commissioners Boleneus and Hopkins present.  Commissioner Bly was on vacation.            

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING:  Was read.

LETTER:  From Board to Cities and Towns regarding meeting and proposed sales and use tax was presented.

MEETING:  Harrington Mayor spoke in favor of proposal.

RESOLUTION 07-37:  Directed Auditor to place proposition on November ballot for voters to decide if County should impose a .3% sales and use tax for criminal justice.

Adjournment:  With no further business, the meeting was adjourned to meet again on Monday, August 20, 2007.
